HVAC Comfort Advisor

Role Overview

Green Flow Solution is hiring an HVAC Comfort Advisor for field-based sales work in the Greater Boston area. This role meets with customers, evaluates heating and cooling needs, recommends HVAC and heat pump solutions, prepares estimates, and helps customers choose the right system.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate HVAC, heat pump, and comfort needs.
• Inspect existing systems, discuss customer concerns, and identify appropriate replacement, upgrade, or efficiency solutions.
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and available payment options.
• Explain system options, product benefits, energy-efficiency opportunities, and installation scope in clear language.
• Follow up with leads, estimates, and open opportunities to help close sales.
• Coordinate with installation, service, and office teams to ensure accurate project handoff.
• Maintain accurate notes, photos, proposal details, and customer communication records.
• Represent Green Flow Solution professionally in customers' homes and job sites.

Qualifications

• HVAC sales, home services sales, or in-home consultation experience preferred.
• Understanding of HVAC systems, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, and indoor comfort solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build trust with customers and explain technical options clearly.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel to customer appointments in the Greater Boston area.
• Comfortable using CRM, estimating, scheduling, or field-service software.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
