We also collect messages, photographs, documents, and other information you submit, together with estimates and service records generated in connection with your request.
We process billing and transaction information as necessary to complete a purchase. Payment and financing providers may collect information directly from you under their own privacy notices.

Usage information includes pages viewed, links or buttons used, session activity, and information about website performance.
Cookies and similar technologies may collect identifiers and other technical information for security, analytics, and website functionality, as described in Section 4.
2. How we use personal information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, and administer customer relationships. This includes communications concerning appointments, service delivery, billing, warranties, safety, and other matters necessary to administer a requested transaction.
We also use personal information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve our website and services; prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity; and maintain business, tax, warranty, licensing, insurance, and legal records.
Where appropriate, we process personal information to comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
3. How we disclose personal information
We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients to the extent reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
Service providers. We disclose information to providers of website hosting, security, email, communications, appointment scheduling, field-service management, payment, financing, analytics, and professional-support providers. 4. Cookies, analytics, and third-party tools
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, performance measurement, and analytics. Tools currently used may include Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Booking, chat, and customer-service functions may be provided by Housecall Pro. These providers may receive device, usage, and contact information according to their own privacy notices.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies or scripts may affect website features. Where legally required, we will request consent before using non-essential technologies.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing services, maintaining warranty and transaction records, meeting tax, insurance, licensing, and legal requirements, resolving disputes, and protecting our business. Retention periods vary according to the type of record and applicable requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to lawful exceptions and backup cycles.
6. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, taking into account the nature of the information and our operations. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. We will evaluate and respond to verified requests as required by applicable law and may retain information where legally permitted or required. You may opt out of promotional email by using an unsubscribe link or contacting us. Service-related communications may continue while we are providing requested services.

Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These terms explain the relationship between our website, your service request, and your project agreement. Specific commitments for work at your property belong in your accepted proposal and service documents.
1. Scope and relationship to your service agreement
These Terms and Conditions describe use of greenflowsolution.com and requesting information about services from Green Flow Solution Inc. (“Green Flow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. Do not use the website for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.
A visit to this website, a quote request, or an appointment inquiry does not by itself create an installation or repair contract. The accepted written proposal, work authorization, service agreement, and legally required notices establish the scope, price, schedule, and conditions of your project. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the project documents control for that work, subject to applicable law. These terms do not replace a required home-improvement contract or statutory notice.
2. Rebates, incentives, and performance information
Rebates, tax credits, utility programs, and financing incentives are administered by third parties and may change. Eligibility depends on program rules, equipment combinations, property and customer qualifications, installation dates, documentation, and available funding. Unless expressly agreed in writing, a reference to a program is not a guarantee of approval or payment.
Projected savings, efficiency comparisons, and comfort improvements are estimates. Actual results depend on building conditions, weather, usage, rates, equipment selection, and maintenance. Product listings and certification references should be confirmed against current manufacturer and program records for the proposed installation.
3. Website information and acceptable use
Our educational content, search results, troubleshooting information, and equipment references are provided for general information. They are not a site-specific diagnosis, engineering design, or instruction to perform hazardous work. Refrigerant, electrical, combustion, and other regulated work should be performed by appropriately qualified professionals.
You may use the website for lawful personal or business inquiries. Do not submit fraudulent information, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site availability, or use contact forms to send unsolicited advertising. We may restrict misuse or suspend website features when reasonably necessary for security or maintenance.
We work to keep information accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. Website availability and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. Contact us to confirm information material to a purchasing decision; this paragraph does not override an express promise in your service agreement or a non-waivable legal obligation.
4. Intellectual property and third-party services
Website text, design, photographs, and other materials are owned by Green Flow or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. Manufacturer names, program names, logos, and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not establish an endorsement beyond the relationship expressly described.
You may view and retain information for evaluating our services and exercising your legal rights. Other reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law. Links and embedded booking, payment, or financing services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Review those terms before using the relevant service; nothing here excuses our own legal responsibilities.
5. Communications and privacy
When you provide contact details with an inquiry, we may use them to respond and coordinate the requested service, as described in our Privacy Policy. A service inquiry does not by itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing or to automated marketing calls or texts where separate consent is required.
Any optional marketing-message program is subject to the consent and opt-out disclosures presented when you enroll. You may use the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions in a message or contact us. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not prevent necessary non-marketing communications concerning an active transaction when permitted by law. Do not send payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through ordinary website forms or email.
6. Responsibility, disputes, and applicable law
Responsibility for project performance and any lawful allocation of risk are governed by the applicable service agreement and law. These website terms do not impose a blanket waiver of liability for defective work, negligence, injury, fraud, or other conduct, and do not remove any non-waivable consumer remedy.
Please contact legal@greenflowsolution.com with a description of a concern and relevant project information so we can investigate. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to using a regulator, court, or other remedy available by law and does not extend or shorten a legal deadline.
Massachusetts law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory protections in the jurisdiction applicable to a customer or project remain in effect. These website terms do not require arbitration, waive a jury trial or class action, or select an exclusive court. Any separate dispute-resolution agreement must be evaluated on its own terms and under applicable law.
7. Changes and interpretation
We may revise these website terms and will display the updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an existing project agreement without the agreement and notice required by law. Material changes will be communicated when legally required.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive its future enforcement. No provision should be interpreted to reduce a right or obligation that applicable law makes non-waivable.
