Role Overview

Green Flow Solution is hiring an HVAC Technician for field work in the Greater Boston area. This is an hourly position paying $20-$40 per hour, plus commission, based on experience, skills, and certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, thermostats, and related controls.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, tune-ups, and system performance checks.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and mechanical issues.
  • Explain findings clearly to customers and recommend appropriate next steps.
  • Maintain accurate job notes, photos, service records, and parts usage.
  • Follow company safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Represent Green Flow Solution professionally at customer homes and job sites.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of HVAC service, maintenance, or installation experience required.
  • EPA Section 608 Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel to job sites in the Greater Boston area.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats.
